Where it all began…. |
|
My name is Trey Finley and in 1993 I bought my first camcorder to record family memories. It wasn’t long before I became bored with shooting and simply playing back the raw footage so I began exploring the art of analog video editing. This type of editing can be very tedious and nerve-racking, but for me it was extremely gratifying to produce a flawless piece. That was over 16 years ago and now with the advent of digital video and non-linear desk top editing, it has become incredibly fun to make movies.
Just a reminder that all video productions are movies. They all tell a story and are composed of a beginning, a middle and an end. This is true for weddings and events, commercials, and training videos.
Eventually I began making Wedding videos for family and friends. I love making wedding videos because I see people in their finest hour. I take great pride in making something that the bride and groom and their families will cherish forever.
In 1996, while working as a medical technologist for LabCorp, I began producing some of their training videos that were distributed through out the company's southern division. In 2004 I found employment with Atherotech (The Vap Cholesterol Test) and began producing videos for their corporate functions and parties.
In 2008, Falling Star Films, LLC was born and I began my dream to produce videos and documentary films professionally. My mission statement is simple: Offer quality video/film production to my clients at an affordable price.
Presently I am contracted with a production company, TurnHere, Inc, as a priority filmmaker to produce business profiles/advertisements for ATT/Yellowpages.com.
I love to sweat the details, I am a perfectionist, and I am the person you can trust to produce your next event or project. I take great pride in every project I undertake and no project is more important than another. I consider every client a friend and I am dedicated to making your vision a reality. Give me a call anytime to discuss your needs.
Thanks for your consideration,
Trey Finley |
